Account set up and subscription
Create a user account to manage orders etc. Also keep in mind, subscribing does not automatically create a user account for you. (user account- to access order history, account info etc,)

Lost/damage orders
Once item leaves our facility we are not responsible for lost/damaged or stolen packages via carrier, however customer support is available for any questions or concerns and we will do our best to resolve said issue in regards to orders only.
